Real Paid Stays • Full Disclosure
Every hotel audit, folio reconciliation, and room telemetry report to date is conducted as genuine paying guests across enterprise deployment work and personal travel. We have never accepted a comped media stay or PR junket. If we ever host or receive a sponsored stay in the future, it will be prominently disclosed and subjected to the exact same unspared standards and testing as every paid stay.
Have a Stay Lead or Folio Issue?
Did a property shortchange your Marriott Bonvoy qualifying points on dining or resort fees? Notice a lounge closing quietly or an exceptional front desk team? Send us your observations.
GeneTravels is operated by GreenTree Hosting LLC (founded in 2007 by 30-year internet and enterprise technology veteran Gene Salvatore).
